The Goat Path is a rough little footpath from the classy end of my East Hill down to Mudtown.
It starts at 5th Avenue and 16th Street, between the Catholic Church parking lot and Mosquito Park. It comes out at 4th Avenue, about 1/3 the way up 15th street hill. And right on the ever busy downhill lane, too, Which adds to it's goatiness.

A group of citizens (Danuta Valleau, Ann Schneider,Joachim Ostertag and David Walton) concerned about the land swap out of the Greenbelt had a meeting with MPP Rick Byers September. 15th. We had a good conversation and Rick listened and conceded to some of our points.Rick stated that he is an ethical person and that the process in which this land was removed was clearly flawed and the process is being reviewed.
Unfortunately, the Cigarette Waste Pilot Project presentation to the City of Owen Sound Operations Committee /Owen Sound Waste Watchers (OSWW) Joint Pilot Project originally scheduled for this coming Thursday at City Hall has been postponed to a later date.
