Hanover son, Richard Garvey and Owen Sound's own Tyler Wagler will be at the Frog Ponds Cafe on Friday, April 10th at 6pm, performing original material and covers. This is a pay what you can event.


Multi-Juno nominee, Alysha Brilla will be performing at The Roxy Theatre on April 10th at 8PM. Accomplished and award winning is just the beginning of her bio, this multi-instrumentalist brings guitar, piano and djembe to her unique soul-folk sound. This event is presented by The Roxy Theatre and The Georgian Bay Folk Society. Tickets, available at the Roxy box office, are $30 for adults, $28 for seniors and $5 for youth. This promises to be an energetic performance.


Patrick Dorfman and Mick Jones are at the Frog Ponds Café, Saturday, April 11thfrom 12-1:30pm sharing covers and original material with guitar and vocal over the lunch hour.


River and Rock - The Duo will be playing at Jazzmyns on Saturday, Aprill 11th from 8 'til midnight, no cover.


Linda Bester's exhibit, "30 years, A Retrospective" will be at the Legacy Gallery at the Owen Sound Artists' Co-op for the months of April and May. Join Linda on Sunday, April 12th from 2 to 4 to celebrate her artistry.


On Thursday April 16th the Tom Thomson Art Gallery (The TOM) will hold a public and member consultation meeting to present the "Case for Incorporation and Expansion" including a proposed Business Plan 2015-2020 that supports an expanded community visual arts centre. The meeting will take place at the Bayshore Centre from 5pm to 6:30pm. The public and TOM members are welcome to attend. More details here.
