The Sweetwater Music Festival is searching for a parttime manager. The job posting follows:

We are searching for a part-time manager of our not-for-profit organisation. The successful applicant will plan and manage the Annual Fall Festival of music, in Owen Sound, as well as other concerts and clinics throughout the year, assisted by a variety of committees. Abilities in marketing, public relations, donor development, grant writing and outreach initiatives are expected. Candidates will preferably have a university degree in Arts Management (or equivalent work experience) and have
demonstrated an ability to implement collaborative partnerships. Past experience in managing not-for-profit organizations is an advantage. Exceptional skills in communication are essential.
