legally blondeTake two teachers trained in drama, music, and dance, add fifty-three talented, devoted students, and one lively upbeat Broadway show, and Owen Sound gets a wonderful evening's entertainment on June 8th, 9th, and 10th at the Harmony Centre.

Legally Blonde is uniting the students from both previous Owen Sound high schools into one cohesive cast, and "the talent of these students is amazing," says music and choreography teacher Catherine Robertson. "Putting it all together in a short time is a huge challenge, but an enjoyable one."

Tickets are $15 (Adults) or $12 (Students) and are available at the school office, the Rocking Horse, or through CashOnLine at www.osdss.bwdsb.on.ca. Each show starts at 7:30 and audience members should be prepared to leave with music on their mind and a smile on their face.

"An experience such as this may very well be a highlight of their young lives and inspire them to pursue future arts endeavours," says Matthew Pickett, Co-Principal of OSDSS.

Those who wish to make a music theatre donation can contact OSDSS at (519) 376-6050 ext. 521 or simply drop off your gift at the school at 750 9th Street West in Owen Sound. Receipts are available.

The Musical Theatre Students of OSDSS thank you for helping bring Legally Blonde to Owen Sound and look forward to performing for you in June.
