bluegrass1For the past 17 years, bluegrass fans from all across Grey and Bruce and beyond have come out of hibernation to enjoy the roots and acoustic music they love at Wintergrass. Fiddles, guitars, banjos and some high lonesome vocals.

The Queen's Bush Bluegrass Club is proud to once again host Wintergrass.

Come out to the Owen Sound Royal Canadian Legion and experience real music by real people, lighnin' fast and razor sharp.

Thursday March 22 features Alicia Robichaud and Lonesome Sound.

This charming young lady and her entourage earned "The Most Promising Artist" Award at the Central Canadian Bluegrass Awards last November.

Alicia is opening for our American Headliners: All the way from Georgia, The Edgar Loudermilk Band Featuring Jeff Autry, one of the hottest young bands in Bluegrass today.

We follow up with Concert number 2 on Thursday April 19, with Grassfyre, Owen Sound's finest Bluegrass Band.

Our hometown heroes will be opening for David Atkins (Kentucky) and Ernie Evans (Florida) together on the same stage. A dynamic bluegrass duo.

Wintergrass Concert Series 2018. Owen Sound Legion. Doors Open at 6:30. Show at 7:30.

Thursday March 22 and Thursday April 19. 25 Dollars at the door.
