Release your inner nerd and experience the seventh annual Owen Sound Mini Comicon, Saturday, May 4 at the Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library.

Starting at 10:00 am, the Owen Sound Mini Comicon (OSMiCon) presents an entire day of programming, including videogame tournaments, board games with Scenic City Game Emporium, the Owen Sound Ghostbusters, an artist’s alley, button making, prize draws, a cosplay showcase and more. This event is mostly free, but bring money if you would like to purchase a snack at the Superhero Café, buy something from one of our exhibiting artists or make a donation toward future OSMiCon events.

Want to start OSMiCon early? There will be a fan film screening in the Library Auditorium on Friday, May 3. Doors open at 6:30 pm, the screening will begin at 7:00 pm. This will be a hilarious compilation of fan films from your favourite franchises, but with a guaranteed lower budget and more silliness. The Superhero Café will be open to provide refreshment.
