film-fullAttention young filmmakers! The libraries of Bruce and Grey counties want your films for the 2015 Grey Bruce Youth Film Festival to be held at the Owen Sound Galaxy Cinemas on April 20, 2015.

Enter for a chance to see your film on the big screen at the Owen Sound Galaxy Cinema, and a chance to win $150, a GoPro Camera or tickets to the United Way's Starlight Film Festival. Some films from the Grey Bruce Youth Film Festival are also selected to be screened at the Meaford International Film Festival.

In addition to the junior, senior and people's choice categories, this year's festival features an additional category sponsored by the City of Owen Sound. Films that prominently feature the City as a setting will be eligible to win a GoPro Camera.

Short animated or live action films of a maximum of 10 minutes in length from students in grades 7 through 12 are eligible. Interested teens can pick up an application form from their public library or download one from the Library's website: www.owensound.library.on.ca. Deadline for submissions is Friday, March 27, 2015.
