Owen Sound City Council has recently revised its committee structure by consolidating a number of committees into three Standing Committees, as noted below. Council and public member seats on the former committees will be declared vacant effective January 31, 2016. The City invites persons, including members of current committees being consolidated as set out below, who wish to serve as a public
member to fill vacancies on one of the Standing or Ad Hoc Committees, to submit an application to the Deputy Clerk. There are no vacancies on Boards at the present time.

(Comprises the former Community Planning & Heritage, Cultural Advisory, Recreation & Parks, and
Ad Hoc City Hall Accommodations Committes)

Operations Committee (Comprises the former Operations Advisory & Ad Hoc Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Committees)
4 members  Staggered 1, 2, 3 yr.
