There's one place in town where you can speak to hundreds of experts about buying, selling, building or improving your home or vacation property and that's the Home & Cottage Expo, presented by Sunspace by Grey Bruce Patio Enclosures. The Expo returns to the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound this weekend, running Saturday, April 28th, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday, April 29th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
New this year, every Home & Cottage Expo visitor will have the chance to win one of two prizes of $500 cash with the Expo-dition Prize Passport. The Passport includes eight different vendors listed on it; visitors must visit each booth listed and receive a stamp from those vendors. Completed Passports will be entered to win cash and winners will be contacted on Monday, April 30th.
The Expo boasts over 140 contractors, interior designers, landscapers, home improvement specialists, outdoor recreationalists, consumer electronics suppliers, and much more - all in one convenient location. All Exhibitors will be inside, or in the South (front) parking lot of the Bayshore Community Centre. General admission is $5 per person (children under 12 are free), and parking is free.
The Owen Sound Attack concession stand will be open for visitors to purchase food while browsing the Expo. A full list of exhibitors is available on the event website, homeandcottageexpo.com, along with Passport and logistical details.
