The "Corkscrew City Tour" will offer a unique experience that will bring to life the days of prohibition a century ago, in what was then known as “Corkscrew Town.” Guests will be chauffeured on the "Beer Bus" and meet the saints and sinners of yesterday and the local brew masters of today.

Stops on the tour include; Seldon House, Damnation Corners, Salvation Corners, King George Hotel, site of the Queen's Hotel, Coulson's British Hotel, the Old Post Office, Paterson House, F.N. D'Orr LePan Store, and Temperance Union Headquarters. Visits with brew masters and tour the breweries at Kilannan and Mudtown Station. A new stop has been added this year which includes the Owen Sound Visitors Centre, featuring a new experience on the 1950's CN rail car at the Community Waterfront Heritage Centre on the City’s West shore.

There will be 5 Sunday afternoon tours this year. Tours dates are June 2, July 7, August 11, September 8, and October 6. Seating is limited and tickets must be booked in advance through the Beer Bus at (705) 994-4346. Visit www.owensoundtourism.ca/corkscrewcity
