Update: 4th Ave W. reopened At 9:30 this morning, August 28th, 4th Avenue West will be closed between 7th Street West and 8th Street West and 8th Street West will be closed between 4th Avenue West and 5th Avenue West for asphalt repair. This road has been re-opened as of 2:10 PM.

At 11 o'clock this morning 9th Street West will be closed between 6th Avenue West and 7th Avenue West for asphalt work.

Both closures should be reopened at 4PM this afternoon.
