When Ian Arra's earnings were made public there was rightfully a lot of questions and concerns voiced. There is absolutely no explanation as to why that much overtime was paid, and why there was such a discrepancy between his earnings and his counterparts throughout the province, particularly given the size of the population the Grey Bruce Health Unit serves.
