Regarding: Pro-choice activists speaking out against anti-abortion ads on Hamilton buses

The billboards read “Canada has no abortion laws. Seem backwards?”.  The words are deliberately misleading. There is plenty case law in Canada regarding abortion.

In 1988, in the much-lauded R. v. Morgentaler decision, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that restrictions on the procedure were
unconstitutional.

Since abortion is legal, there are obviously no laws to restrict it. Why would there be?
