Community Night is an opportunity for local residents to learn about Georgian’s programs and services in a friendly, informative setting.

Whether new to the postsecondary world or looking to continue their education, potential students have lots of questions. Staff will be ready to help visitors explore options and provide answers. Members of the public are invited to drop by the Barrie, Orillia, Owen Sound or Midland campuses between 5 and 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16, for this free event.

Why come to Community Night?

  • Explore part-time and full-time certificate, diploma and degree programs
  • Take a campus tour
  • Speak one-on-one with recruitment staff
  • Get help with college applications
  • Meet with staff from the Office of the Registrar and Financial Aid
  • Sign up for a complimentary career assessment (while spots last)

Those unsure which career path or program is right for them can take part in career testing or make an appointment to connect later with a career counsellor. Registration is not required for Community Night and parking tokens are provided.

Georgian will host additional Community Nights on April 19, May 17, June 14 and July 19. For more information visit GeorgianCollege.ca/communitynight .
