The Home & Cottage Expo expands this year with a new food and drink annex called 'A Taste of BruceGreySimcoe'. The largest home show in the region returns to the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound on Saturday, April 23, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday, April 24, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM General admission is $5.00 per person, and parking is free.
Foodies, wine connoisseurs, and craft beer fans will want to check out 'A Taste of BruceGreySimcoe'. Local breweries and Coffin Ridge Winery join forces with nine local food producers to offer a variety of fresh,frozen, and packaged products from around the area. Most will provide free samples of their products, and many of the food vendors will be selling products for home consumption.
The Expo boasts over 150 exhibits featuring everything from handcrafted furniture to solar panels. Every visitor receives two door prize ballots with chances to win either a Deluxe Backyard Package worth over $5,000 from The Water Store, or a Hanover Holidays trip for two to Agawa Canyon and Sault Ste. Marie. Children will enjoy the outdoor displays include bouncing castles and carnival games from All in 1 Events & Inflatables.
