The Owen Sound Downtown Improvement Area  thinks that children should have the opportunity to wear their Halloween costumes (and trick or treat!) more than once.

On Saturday, October 26th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, participating merchants will be

in the Halloween spirit and welcoming children into their stores for a treat or fun activity or craft. Black and orange balloons will be outside of participating merchants and the presence of a teal balloon will mark merchants who are giving out "allergy friendly" treats.

Costumes are encouraged, everyone is welcome.
