Autism Ontario and Owen Sound Fitness & Training are teaming up again to create an inclusive fitness class for children on the autism spectrum. This class will be filled with fun and creative full body movements such as bear walks, crab walks, frog jumps and more. Your trainer Kat designed the class to have some structure with a warm up, and then various exercises to keep everyone engaged. The class will finish off with a little cool down. Of course, there will be some water breaks in there too!

The event will be held from 1 to 2pm at Owen Sound Fitness & Training, 3225 East Bayshore Road, Owen Sound on Friday October 25 which is a PA Day!
