MEAFORD - On Saturday, November 15, 2014, at approximately 10:36 p.m., Grey County OPP received a report of a break-in at a residence on Lakeshore Road North in the Municipality of Meaford.

Sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on November 15th, unknown person(s) forcibly entered the residence through a back door. A briefcase had been pried open. Police believe the culprit(s) fled the residence through the front door when the homeowners had unexpectedly returned home.

A Michael Kors ladies watch, valued at $350, was stolen.

Break-in tools found at the scene were seized by police.

A suspicious vehicle, a silver minivan, was observed in the area prior to the break-in.
