The City would like to remind all residents that as of December 1, 2019, parking is prohibited on all City Streets and in all municipal lots between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. until March 31, 2020, in accordance with Traffic By-law No. 2009-075.

Overnight parking passes can be purchased at City Hall for designated areas in Municipal Lot 5 (800 block of 3rd Avenue East) and Municipal Lot 9 (700 block of 1st Avenue East).

We ask that City residents please advise your overnight guests of this Traffic By-law during this winter season.
