Ontario Provincial Police LogoOn January 9, 2018 at approximately 8:03 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police was contacted by the Canadian Border Services Agency located at the Toronto Pearson International Airport stating they had a male in custody wanted by Grey County OPP on an outstanding arrest warrant from September 13, 2006.

On September 13, 2006 an Warrant for Arrest was issued for 66-year old Kim Roman, of Hamilton, who was charged with offences under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) specifically, the production of cannabis marihuana, production of cannabis resin, and possession of cannabis marihuana over 3 kilograms for the purpose of trafficking at a property on Southgate Road 14 in the Township of Southgate.

On January 9, 2018, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Grey County OPP took Roman into their custody. He was returned to the Chatsworth OPP Detachment where he was held pending a bail hearing scheduled for January 10, 2018 in Owen Sound.
