At approximately 5:00 am Owen Sound Police were called to investigate a disturbance on the east side of town involving a green Acura. Officers located the vehicle in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue East being driven by a 19 year old Mount Forest man. The man was observed to be impaired. He was arrested and attended the police station where he provided breath samples that were just over double the legal limit. The man's car was impounded for 7 days, his licence was suspended for 90 days and he must know attend court in mid August to answer to charges of Impaired operation of motor vehicle and Operate motor vehicle with over 80mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood.
