Ontario Provincial Police LogoOn January 10, 2019 just before 8:30 a.m., members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police were investigating a suspect vehicle with one occupant at an address on Concession 10 Greenock in the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.

During the investigation, the suspect fled the scene in the vehicle, striking two police cruisers and injuring an officer. The injured officer discharged a firearm at the suspect with unknown results.

An arrest warrant has been issued for the male identified in this investigation. Jeremy Jason Hogg, 23-years-old is wanted for the following offences:

Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Sec. 320.13(1), Criminal Code (CC),
Assault a Peace Officer with a Weapon, Sec. 270.01(1)(a), CC, and
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, Sec. 355 (b), CC.

He is believed to frequent the Brockton and West Grey areas, with a last known address in Hanover, Ontario.
The male is described as, white, 5'8", 152 pounds, thin build, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last observed in possession of a stolen black Dodge 3500, 4 door pickup truck with dual rear wheels.

This man should not be approached. If observed, contact police immediately by dialing 9-1-1.
