opp snow fullJust before 6:00 a.m. on March 9, 2019 an officer with Grey County Ontario Provincial Police was on patrol when he observed a vehicle in a ditch on Sideroad 6 south of Grey Road 16 in the Township of Chatsworth.

Upon checking on the well-being of the lone driver, the officer determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver provided a breath sample into an approved roadside screening device which registered a "fail". He was arrested for impaired and transported to the Chatsworth OPP Detachment for further breath tests which he failed.

22-year-old Kyle Stewart of the Township of Chatsworth was charged with Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus).

He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on March 28, 2019.
