opp crimescene fullCrime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey County OPP are seeking the public's help in solving the theft of a snowmobile.

Sometime between 10:30 p.m. on March 9, 2019 and 6:45 a.m. on March 10, 2019 a green and black 2017 Arctic Cat ZR600 snowmobile, bearing registration number 6AL522, was taken from a portable car shelter at a residence on Highway 10 in the Township of Chatsworth.

The snowmobile is valued at $9,000 and the VIN is on file with police.

Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce and the Grey County OPP are also seeking the public's help in solving the theft of a vehicle.

On March 7, 2019 between 1:15 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. a red 2014 Mazda 2SP, bearing plate BTZT 679, was stolen from a commercial parking lot on Victoria Avenue in Markdale. The vehicle owner had locked the car and pocketed the keys before entering the building.

Video surveillance shows an unknown female, described as 5'6" tall with a heavy build, dark brown curly hair, and wearing a dark jacket and dark pants, searching through jacket and coat pockets at the coat rack inside the building
