Ontario Provincial Police LogoOPP are actively searching for a missing 30-year-old female hiker.

On May 8, 2019 at 10:16 p.m. Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were contacted by a male reporting his girlfriend, Paige Redman had left their campsite at Halfway Log Dump, Bruce Peninsula National Park at 7:30 p.m. and has not returned.

At the time of the call, Grey Bruce OPP officers and Parks Canada staff began an initial search. OPP have added resources to the search including OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) members, OPP K9 unit and OPP helicopter.

Description of missing female - 5'6", 125lbs, slim build, short hair pink and purple colouring and blue/green eye colour. She was last seen wearing spandex black tank top green sleeves, black yoga pants, canvas backpack.

The Grey Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information that can assist police to call 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a secure web-tip at www.cstip.ca, where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
