oppb graphic fullOn June 1, 2019 the South Bruce Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a break and enter at a Seasonal Property on Bruce Road 6 in Huron-Kinloss Township.

Between May 20, 2019 and May 31, 2019 unknown suspect(s) kicked in two doors of the seasonal property and gained access to the inside. The suspect(s) then proceeded to steal:

  • Excalibur Phoenix Crossbow Lite-Stuff Package with camo coloured crossbow in large plastic case (that included Excalibur serving wax, extra bolts and heads)
    3 SOG Tomahawk throwing axes
    3 Hibben stainless steek throwing knives
    5 MRE (meal read to go) packs
    Mens Sail camo coloured waterproof parka
    Stoeger 3-9x40mm A/O air rifle scope
    Snowmobile helmet
    Mastercraft tool kit
    3 snowmobile keys
    Padlock key
    ATV (New Holland Rustler)
    A single penny from the 1920's in a viewing case with magnify lid.

The investigation is ongoing and police are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect(s) involved.

The South Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information that can assist police to call 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a secure web-tip at www.cstip.ca, where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
