On September 15, 2019 at 7:48 p.m. Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a serious single motor vehicle collision on Side Road 7 east of Grey Bruce Line, Township of Chatsworth in Grey County. OPP officers attended the scene with Grey County Paramedic Services and Arran-Elderslie Fire Department.

A (white) Sport Utility Vehicle was found on the roadway with the driver and passenger trapped inside the vehicle. A 23 year old male driver from Chesley was removed from vehicle unconscious and transported to hospital with life threatening injuries. The passenger, a 26 year old male from Arran-Elderslie, was transported to hospital with minor injuries.

OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators attended the scene and are assisting with the investigation.
