Paisley-fullPaisley-passOur River and Blues Festival in June pairs live Blues music with Paisley's Voyageur Canoe weekend. This gives the surrounding community an opportunity to watch, learn about, and even paddle on of these giant canoes. Truly Canadian Icons born out of the fur trading era! Our River and Blues Festival 2014 featured great live music from The MacKenzie Blues Band, Morgan Davis, Cheryl Lescom, Tim Woodcock, The Riverside Blues Band, and more!

Our Honky-Tonk Bass Festival in July, pairs live Country Music with the Saugeen River's wonderful Smallmouth Bass fishing offerings, in the form of a "live release" Bass Derby! This weekend encourages the surrounding community to take part in an outdoor recreational activity, during Ontario Family Fishing Week, where the community can be introduced to fishing, without needing to purchase a fishing license! Our Honky-Tonk Bass Festival 2014 featured a star-studded music lineup, with performances by The Reklaws, Ty Baynton, Marshall Dane, Morgan Davis, and Larry Berrio!

Our festivals provide a significant benefit to our surrounding community in more than one way: They provide a stage for emerging musicians to perform, further themselves, and be inspired! Our festivals also contribute to a number of other non-profit organizations in the area, through their involvement in the festivals!(example; Each festival features a Pickerel Fish Fry on Saturday. During River and Blues Fest., Paisley Central School ran the fish fry. The school did 100% of the work, and kept 100% of the profits. During Honky-Tonk Bass Festival, the Ripley 4-H club ran the fish fry, keeping 100% of the profits. (This is just one example of how Paisley Events Association, a non-profit group of volunteers, contributes to other non-profit organizations in our area!)

Paisley Events Association is asking you to purchase 2 weekend music passes, to EITHER our River and Blues Festival 2015 (June 5,6,7), OR our Honky-Tonk Bass Festival (July 10,11,12), for a total of $80, before September 18, 2014. These weekend passes give holders access to all ticketed music events during the festival, including Friday and Saturday night headliner bands! As we are a small non-profit corp., we are not required to charge HST. The timing of your advanced weekend passes purchase is very important to our non-profit organization, as these funds will allow us to access "partnering" grants, offered by government agencies, which have October 2014 deadlines.

Please print and complete the attached "Festival Music Passes Order Form", and mail the completed order form, along with a cheque for $80, payable to Paisley Events Association, to Paisley Events Association, P.O. Box 294, Paisley, ON N0G 2N0. Upon receiving your completed order form, and cheque, we will mail you your selected Festival passes, and receipt.
