Get ready for a spook-tacular event happening in downtown Owen Sound this Saturday, October 26th,
From 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, join downtown merchants as they get in the Halloween spirit! Families are encouraged to wear their costumes and go store to store for a fun activity, craft or a treat. Black and orange balloons will be outside of participating merchants, along with a teal balloon to mark the merchants who will have “allergy friendly” treats.
There will be entertainment throughout the event including Klash the Clown and the Collingwood Circus Club. During the event, visitors to the downtown are encouraged to visit our Tourism Booth in front of City Hall to be entered in a draw. Visitors simply show their receipt for any purchases over $20 made in the downtown on that day and they will receive a ballot for a chance to win back their purchase amount in DIA dollars!
