Join in the fun with the Fiddlefern Country Dancers this Saturday, September 9th.
Contra dancing is a great form of exercise and a wonderful way to meet new people.
Come by yourself or with friends or family. Bring your kids. Beginners are always welcome.
We’ll be dancing to toe-tappin’ music with Murray Smith playing the fiddle and Maureen Keating on the keyboard. Lyn Allan will expertly guide us through the steps.
Harmony Centre, 890 4th Ave. E., (Enter off 9th St. E.) Intro to contra 7 pm. Dancing is from 730 pm to 10 pm.
Admission by donation (suggested $20) Bring soft-soled shoes for dancing and wear comfortable, layered clothing – you may get warm! Don’t forget your water bottle and please refrain from wearing fragrances.
