paisleyBruce County was recognized for outstanding work in creative economic development marketing with two Hermes Creative Awards in the video category — a Gold for the NPX: Choosing to Call Bruce County Home video and a Platinum for the Business to Bruce Paisley: Express Your Talents video.

The videos, created in partnership with video production company Astrodog Media, are part of Bruce County’s economic development marketing initiatives, which have long played an integral role in business, resident, and visitor attraction and retention. Digital tactics like video are more than ever in a climate of social distancing and when many destinations are selling experiences from afar.

“Bruce County communities are full of economic opportunity and marketing our region as so is crucial to drive vitality and investment across our region,” says Bruce County Warden Janice Jackson. “It’s great to see our ongoing economic development marketing efforts recognized.”
