RAM Rodeo
Due to the overwhelming public response to the inaugural Grey Highlands RAM Rodeo in 2021 that raised $35,641.73 for the new Markdale Hospital’s Together In Care campaign, the Municipality of Grey Highlands is delighted to announce that tickets are now on sale for the 2022 edition of the Grey Highlands RAM Rodeo, taking place from May 27th to 29th at the Osprey Community Centre in Feversham.

Championed by Grey Highlands’ Mayor Paul McQueen, this community driven event brings together business and community partners to raise funds for the long-awaited new Markdale Hospital, which is slated to open in 2023.

With the support of the Feversham Kinsmen, this year’s event will be bigger and better than the 2021 edition, including an additional Friday evening rodeo performance (along with the performances on Saturday and Sunday), to make sure we have seating for everyone who is interested in attending (we sold-out in 2021, despite less than ideal weather).

We’re delighted that this year’s event will also include a country and western dance on Friday evening following the rodeo, featuring the Cara Smith Band; a cowboy breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings; and a beer tent on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, all due to our partnership with the Feversham Kinsmen.

Last year's tickets sold out quickly, and we encourage you to book your tickets now to avoid disappointment. Online tickets are available for the rodeo performances, the country and western dance and the cowboy breakfast. Purchasing adult tickets online before the event also entitles you to $5 off an adult rodeo ticket.

All proceeds from the 2022 Grey Highlands RAM Rodeo will be supporting the new Markdale Hospital’s Together in Care campaign.

Get out your cowboy boots, gather your friends and family, and book your tickets now for this wonderful weekend of old-fashioned, high-energy entertainment, featuring the Canadian Cowgirls, a kids’ rodeo, trick riding, barrel racing, pole bending, and bull and bronc riding – all in support of the new Markdale Hospital.
