A Special Board Meeting for Accommodation Review Delegations – Owen Sound Area Group of Schools will take place on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bluewater District School Board Education Centre in Chesley.The meeting will give members of the public an opportunity to present their feedback to the Board of Trustees regarding the recommended option in the Preliminary Final Staff Report. Each delegation will be granted up to 10 minutes for their presentation, inclusive of questions for clarification. Input received at the meeting will be considered in the development of the Final Staff Report. Requests to present as a delegation must be submitted to the Director’s Office with a copy of the presentation no laterthan 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. With the March Break occurring the following week, this timeline adheres to the requirement of five days’ notice prior to the meeting as outlined in the board’s policy.
