Timothy James HICKS turned himself in this morning, November 28, 2016, at the Chatsworth OPP Detachment. He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on December 8, 2016.

Last week, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police was attempting to locate Hicks in connection to an assault that occurred on November 18, 2016 in the Township of Chatsworth.

Hicks was wanted for Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm, Criminal Harassment, and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
