Owen Sound Police have laid charges under the Highway Traffic Act in relation to a collision involving a pedestrian back on November 7th, 2018. Police were called to the intersection of 4th Avenue West and 20th Street West after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. The 76 year old male remains in hospital in London and is being treated for serious injuries sustained in the collision. Police have charged the 71 year old Owen Sound male driver with failing to yield to a pedestrian and filing to stop for a stop sign.
