"I am 26 years old, and a single mother of 2. I started into fitness after having my second child to, like most other moms, lose the extra pregnancy weight. I ended up falling in love with the process and lifting, and from then decided to start testing my body and pushing my own limits to see what I was capable of. Weightloss was my main objective, and now it's to be the best version of myself that I can be, and helping others do the same. Strength athletics has opened up a whole new world to me that I never thought possible, and I can't wait to see what I can bring to the table at CSW and the CAASA National Championships this year," says Thomas
