To all my Sisters who are survivors and surviving domestic violence and abuse, I see you and I see how far you have come.

It does not matter if it takes you 7 days, 7 weeks, 7 years or 70 - any movement out of this toxic space and away from your abuser is a power move and I salute every step you take no matter how big or small it may seem.

It is a hard journey and it is a dangerous one, But please continue to take those necessary steps away from your abuser. The moment you step out of that abuse, you will go from feeling 100 years old to feeling like a 16 year old; you will feel rested and your power will come back to you. Give yourself that time but promise yourself to hold your Abuser Accountable so that we may save other sisters from this suffiafate.

There is no glamour in living with an abuser - Do not let anyone tell you otherwise! It is your God given right to be happy and safe and whole and thriving, and your children deserve to flourish in this positive space.

Ask for help, Lean on us. You are not alone, we are a Community of Sisters. And, I personally promise you that I will always be a safe space for any one of you who needs a shoulder to lean on.

You are worthy, beautiful and deserve every happiness that the universe has to offer.
I love each and every one of you.
