Kids and teens over five years old who are finding reading a struggle can get a boost with the Library’s Read To a Dog Program.

Offered monthly, the Program gives children and youth a stress-free environment to practise and enjoy reading to a canine buddy.

Families can sign up for a half-hour session, held on Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Durham branch.

Next sessions on Tuesday, Jan. 24, and Tuesday, Feb. 28.
