Day 15 plastic challenge. Haven't yet found a bamboo fork, that's my excuse for the plastic one with the yummy farmers' market bagseggs. Remembered my bags though. The GOOD TO GO award goes to Eileen, who was ahead of me in the Michaels checkout line. She asked the salesperson to take her yarn out of the plastic bag and put it in her cotton knitting bag.

Day 16 Plastic Challenge -
Ask your local coffee shop or grocery store to  put up signs reminding people to bring their reusable mugs and bags. Here's a couplepaulabell of  free signs that you can download to print at home and give to businesses in your community (editors suggestion: post one by your door or in your garage by your bike or car. With continued thanks to Liz Zetlin for being brave enough to share her own struggles with plastic!)

Day 17 Plastic Challenge - right next door I saw Pat Bell, of Natural Designs, doing a beautiful job renovating our neighbour's garden, with her refillable water bottle close by.
