trish meekinsTrish Meekins has a Master of Social Work (Wilfrid Laurier University) in the Indigenous Field of Study that looks at all people wholistically. Trish has facilitation and teacher training which is combined with her 20 plus years of counselling and teaching experience to assist individuals and families. She has also been a counsellor and teacher at the secondary and post-secondary levels.

Please come and join Trish Meekins of Nikaanaganaa Counselling & Learning Centre as she hosts, an Indigenous culturally engaging and experiential four-part series, on the following offered topics:

· Historical relationship with First Nations people and the crown;

· Medicine wheel;

· Intergenerational trauma;

· Application of knowledge.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Cost: $200.00 per person for all 4 sessions.

Date: December 12th, 14th, 19th, and 20th, 2017

Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. for each session.

Place: Nikaanaganaa Counselling & Learning Centre, 897 3rd Ave. E., Owen Sound
