Pratie OatenThe potatoes are dug and it's time to boil up a pot of "lumpers" to make a batch of everyone's favourite "Pratie Oaten": Irish potato oatcakes!

On September 30, from 11 am to 4 pm, come to Moreston Heritage Village at Grey Roots to take part in the Pratie Oaten Irish Festival! The village will be full of delicious food, costumed interpreters, live music, and entertainment. Enjoy Celtic music and storytelling, check out basketry, fanning mill, and blacksmith demonstrations, and visit the local vendors. Samples of Pratie Oaten will be available throughout the day in the Log Cabin.

The 4H Club Potato Auction takes place at 1:30 p.m.!

* Fiddlefern Dance Players and Callers
