On November 25, 2020 at 12:55 p.m. the national testing of Alert Ready will be issued in Ontario, delivered over television, radio and compatible wireless devises.

Alert Ready alerts are issued when there is an immediate or imminent threat to life, serious threat to public health, safety and security or damage to property. Types of alerts considered to be a threat to life include: fire, natural disasters, biological, hazardous, environmental, terrorists, civil and admin.
