bruce countyYou’re invited to help plan for a diversity of businesses, jobs, and employers and long-term economic growth across Bruce County. Together, we can collectively build a plan that supports the health of the Bruce County business community now and for the next 25 years.

As part of the Plan the Bruce: Business project, a land use planning project that will inform the new Official Plan, Bruce County is also creating a new Economic Development Strategic Plan that will guide the direction of support activities for the next five years. To guide and direct the new plan, meaningful community engagement and input is needed. Our Business Community input is valuable and it will help inform a plan that considers a post-pandemic economic landscape and prepares us to support and help grow opportunities in all sectors of our economy.

“We need to plan for how jobs and businesses in Bruce County grow and change,” says Mark Paoli, Bruce County’s Director of Planning and Development. “Community input will help tailor the Official Plan to the future needs of residents and businesses so I would encourage you to visit planthebruce.ca and get involved.”

Business Owners can join the effort to create an outstanding Bruce County Official Plan. Participate in an online survey at www.Planthebruce.ca/business to share your input.
