A local doctor has had restrictions placed on her practice by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

“As from 11:59 p.m., October 15, 2021” thirteen terms, conditions and limitations were imposed on the certificate of registration held by Dr. Rochagne Kilian, including that Dr. Kilian “shall not provide medical exemptions in relation to” vaccines, mask requirements or testing for COVID-19.

Dr. Killian was welcomed to Grey Bruce Health Services in 2017, having previously worked in British Columbia and South Africa. She worked in Emergency Medicine in the Owen Sound Hospital until late August this year when she announced her resignation. The Hospital confirmed - “Regrettably, we have accepted Dr. Kilian’s resignation”. Although the CPSO website still shows the Hospital's address for Dr. Killian's practice, the Hospital also confirmed “she does not practice or have an office here”.

Dr. Killian has since been a featured speaker at rallies in several locations in Grey Bruce organized by “Grey- Bruce Freedom Fighters”, most recently advertised for October 10 at Owen Sound City Hall.

On October 15, Dr. Kilian posted a project on a crowd-funding website to raise money to “establish an Integrative Lifestyle Medical Facility for disenfranchised patients in Grey County”.  The facility is to be funded without government support “by a membership structure that is based on monthly membership fees [that] grant a patient access to actual healthcare as it should have been.”

The fund-raising goal is $2,000,000, and as of this writing, it had 161 supporters contributing over $19,000 in "10 year interest-free loans". According to the site administrators, "The project will receive all pledges made by 12th November 2021 at 6:18pm GMT."
