We received this message from our landlord and partner in the Community Incubator this afternoon. This is what community leadership looks like.

"With the risks of Covid-19 growing and the difficulties it may bring I want everyone to be safe. If you must temporarily close as a result of Covid-19, Tibbs Management will forgive your commercial rental payments until you are able to reopen.

Of course we hope this will not be necessary but as a partner in business we will stand and support our valued commercial tenants."
