On March 21, 2020 Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called for a missing 14 year old male youth from Flesherton, Grey Highlands in Grey County. The youth, Ian Matheson was last seen leaving his residence on foot at 4:00 p.m. on March 20, 2020. Grey Bruce OPP began a missing person investigation.

OPP officers have contacted family and friends but have been unable to locate Ian. OPP released a missing person social media post on Twitter and Facebook OPP accounts, but neither have yielded results.

Ian Matheson is known to have ties to the London, Ontario area. On April 3, 2020 Ian was observed in London by a passerby. Police attended the area but he was gone from the area when officers arrived.

Grey Bruce OPP and London Police Service are working together to locate Ian Matheson and his 17 year old girlfriend, Hannah Cunningham, who has been reported to the London Police Service as missing as well.
