The Doors Open Exhibit celebrates community involvement by partnering local artists with organizations to research and record aspects of Owen Sound's development through artistic expression! Doors donated by The Restore will be painted and on display during the first Saturday in June when 21 heritage buildings welcome visitors. Creating a door for the Doors Open Exhibit with guidance from a local artist enhances awareness and encourages excitement about the heritage of our special buildings and history of this unique area. Artists Lydia Knox and Leslie Bankes took the opportunity to give back to the local community by partnering with Owen Sound Community Living for this artistic heritage project!
