Durham-Marching-Band-on-Parade

The new Durham Marching Band is hitting the streets this Fall, and you'll notice a big difference...we've gone co-ed! The band now welcomes members of all ages and all genders. Friends and family can join the band together, and Make Some Noise.

The band meets Monday evenings at Spruce Ridge Community School in Durham, and we're looking for new members for all positions. Join the drumline, play a horn or spin a flag in the colour guard. No experience? No problem. We'll show you how.

we’ll be at the Terry Fox Run this Sunday at the Durham Conservation Area. The Durham Marching Band will be performing just before the 2pm start. After that, the next DMB events are the Remembrance Day service in Durham, and then Santa Claus parades and concerts.

Membership is only $35 a year for adults, and FREE for students.
The rhythm, the music, and the flash of flags...there's nothing like a marching band to put a smile on every face. It's real, it's loud, and it's fun.
