A Hamilton man has been arrested following a sexual assault investigation.

In April of 2018 Grey County Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a sexual assault that had occurred in the Municipality of Grey Highlands in January 2018 involving a female victim who was under 16 years of age.

Grey County OPP Crime Unit assisted with the investigation. As a result of the ongoing investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for a Hamilton man who had been working in Grey Highlands at the time of the alleged offence.

On March 13, 2019 at approximately 9:25 p.m., the suspect was arrested by Hamilton Police and turned over to Grey County OPP.

57-year old Dale Patrick Graham of Hamilton, Ontario is charged with the following criminal offences:

- Sexual Interference
- Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 years of Age
- Fail to Comply with Prohibition Regarding Children (X2)

A bail hearing is scheduled for March 20, 2019 in Owen Sound.
