On May 30th just after 11:30 p.m., Owen Sound Police responded to the 900 block of 16th Street East in relation to a male damaging provincial campaign signs. As a result of the investigation a 44-year-old Grey County resident was arrested and charged with three counts of Mischief Under $5000.00 in relation to damaging and removing several of the signs. ...

Mr Byers had a choice: He could have said "no" to Mr Ford, that the local PC members needed to select their own candidate.
By not doing so, Mr Byers has shown his true character, that he does not believe in democracy, or it does not apply to him. This is true of Mr Ford, too, by anointing his chosen.
